Hotel Kansas City, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

It was exceptionally clean. The staff was above and beyond kind and accomodating. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are modern and stunning . The beds are pretty comfortable. We’ve stayed twice … the beds were more comfortable in this room this time. The bathroom was above and beyond beautiful and clean. Great shower. The coffee shop is exceptional! And the air conditioner was nice and cold.

we stayed at hotel kansas city last year and we absolutely loved it, we came to watch the superbowl and root the Kansas Coty Chiefs on, so we had to come back and stay here again, the history of the hotel is so intriguing to us, we love the old time feel and the luxury of it all, the hotel lobby bar/food was great and i love the little coffee bar, we will def be back another time

Amazing architecture and design. Valet were the kindest workers and so helpful and prompt. Ready to assist at a moments notice. The tall, thin gentleman working in the bar was extremely friendly and fast at service.

The location is fantastic, conveniently located next to the convention center, restaurants and a wonderful upscale grocery store for anything you need. In addition the staff ( front desk, valets, bar and coffee bar staff and housekeeping)is wonderful and genuinely attentive in a kind and caring way.

Great hotel in an excellent location in Downtown KC, right in amongst the power and light district. Hotel building is very cool, the updates and decor are very nice, the staff were all incredibly helpful and nice.
